Data protection

Your clients’ data stays in Switzerland

The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) makes you responsible for your clients’ data. TRIXMAX is designed to help you comply, with no effort on your part.

  1. Hosted in Switzerland

    The software, the database and the backups are hosted in Switzerland.

  2. Emails sent from Switzerland

    Email confirmations and reminders are sent from a Swiss server.

  3. Encrypted data

    Your clients’ phone numbers and emails are encrypted, with a key unique to your salon.

  4. Client consent on record

    No SMS or WhatsApp without the client’s consent, and that consent is kept as proof.

  5. SMS and WhatsApp are optional

    Both channels go through a provider outside Switzerland, covered by a data processing agreement.

  6. Your clients stay yours

    No commission, no marketplace luring your clients away, no resale of data.
